Made-to-Order Decorations

We craft each of our decorations with special care, specifically made-to-order, just for You. Therefore, we ask you to consider the delivery time to ensure your decoration arrives at your home, or to the recipient, on time.

Carriers

We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure your items are delivered efficiently and securely. Our partners include UPS, FedEx, and GLS.

Shipping Options and Rates

We offer shipping to a wide range of countries, each with specific shipping rates and delivery times as outlined below. Delivery times are estimated in working days.

International Shipments

For international orders, please be aware that shipments may incur duties, taxes, and other fees that are not included in the total price. These charges will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. Our delivery service includes direct delivery to your home for your convenience.

The minimum order value for orders is 30 €

For both PayPal and Stripe payments, your account will be charged at the time your order is processed. In the event of a return, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the original method of payment. You also have the option to pay by bank transfer on our website. Upon confirming your order, we kindly ask you to transfer the payment to our bank using the details provided below:

Prices and VAT

The prices displayed in our online store include VAT, thus the gross prices are presented to the end-users.

Invoicing

It is our obligation to issue an invoice for every order, based on the information provided by the customers. We do not take responsibility for the accuracy of customer information, so we ask everyone to provide the most accurate information when ordering. The invoice is automatically sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of the order, within a few hours after the order is received. This ensures that all necessary documents arrive on time and in an environmentally friendly manner.
